All orders are shipped from South Korea. We dispatch orders on the next business day. Orders that are placed after the 12:00 PM (KST) cut-off time on a Friday afternoon will be dispatched on the following Monday, due to our office being closed on the weekends.

SHIPPING COURIERS

We do our best to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping service to our customers.

Yun Express Korea (Standard Shipping)- This is a shipping option that is available mainly for the US, CA, AUS, Singapore, and other SE Asian countries. Shipping usually takes 8-13 business days for the US, 9-15 business days for CA, 7-11 business days for AUS,  5-8 business days for Singapore, 5-7 business days for HK and other SE Asian countries. 

FedEx Int’l Priority- This is our primary shipping courier we use to send out orders with express shipping for the US and most of other countries. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. 

 *Please note that for FedEx, certain countries will have additional shipping charges during checkout.*

GOOSEKET is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party companies such as USPS and local delivery companies.
Delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control + special circumstances (weather etc.)
Our standard shipping courier now delivers to P.O. boxes, APO, & DPO addresses. Please note FedEx shipping doesn't ship to these addresses.

There are some remote areas that can cost extra shipping fees. (In this case, we will contact you directly.)

Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages and failed deliveries. We kindly suggest you to make sure the shipping address is inserted correctly. 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Since orders are being shipped internationally, there might be import duties and taxes that will need to be paid for customs clearance and upon delivery in some countries. In this case, the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges and GOOSEKET does not hold any control over these additional payments. If you have further questions regarding import taxes and duties in your country, please contact your local customs office. 

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the shipping courier below.
