GOOSEKET makes high-quality items: Every item includes a one-year warranty from the date of your purchase.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
There will be no handling fee charged for the return, but the return postage is the customer's responsibility.
The shipping rate you paid for your order will not be refunded since the delivery is completed by the courier.

Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

We can’t accept the return for these cases below:

  • Used, altered, or washed items
  • Items without tags
  • Damaged items
  • Items with missing parts (pouch etc.)
  • Contaminated items

GOOSEKET is not liable for the loss of items being returned.
We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Received a faulty or wrong item

***Please contact us within 7days of receiving the item.***

If you discover that you have received a faulty item or a wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We will give you a full refund including the shipping fee for the wrong item sent/ faulty item. 

Exchange 

The customer should return the original product(s) and place a new order. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the return postage and shipping fee. We will be able to send the exchanged item after we receive the return at our office in South Korea.

Cancellation

Once an order has been sent and in processing it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you want to change or cancel your order please contact our customer service ASAP.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items. Please note that credit card refunds' processing time varies between card issuers. It usually takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) to be reflected onto your bank account. Credit card fees or currency exchange rates may not be refundable.
